1)Team Leader / Project Leader
Must have significant project and team leadership experience.
Must have good code management skills
Experience at the full software lifecycle (Analysis - Design - Coding - Testing - Release management - update management)
Knowledgeable with MS development technologies ( SQL server .net VB C# or C )
Awareness of web technologies
Awareness of Database design
Ability to understand a real world situation and creatively propose a systematic solution
Must be a logical thinker.
Must believe in the importance of documentation
2) Test Automation engineers
Experience in automated test environments
.net development experience
lab view / measurement suite from National Instruments experience
3) Windows development engineers
.net development experience - vb or c# or C
must be truely Object orientated in design principles
must have experience with SQL server and understand different data access methodologies
4) Web development Engineers
.net development experience - vb or c#
must be truely Object orientated in design principles
must have experience with SQL server and understand different data access methodologies
5) Software Test engineer
Must have .net experience
Must have the correct approach to be confident enough to report all failures (team issue)
