Management Trainee

Through intensive learning, challenging work assignments and coaching, you will be exposed to various key areas in product, sales, retail and marketing. Incumbents demonstrating the right attitude, potential and performance will be groomed to managerial positions.

Job Description

Though systematic work assignment and rotation, you will be learning the following critical skills in this position:

·         Analysis of sell data & market information to derive consumer insights

·         Product assortment planning and merchandising

·         Brand, consumer and retail marketing

·         Channel and account management

·         Retail operation and service excellence

·         Business planning and development

Job Requirements

·         Analytical mind and numeric sense

·         Fluency in written and spoken English

·         Good communication & interpersonal skills
