Position 2: - Customer Support Analyst ( Mandarine / Cantonese / Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities        职责
·        Provide customer service and IT support over all means of communication to users in Asia Pacific
       通过各种沟通的途径，为亚太地区的用于提供客户服务和IT技术支持。
·        Resolve issues and handle requests reported

·        Perform escalation and workflow procedures
      执行问题和请求的升级和工作流程。

Requirements        要求
·        Required languages: English (written and spoken), Japanese/ Cantonese are desirable

·        Required skills: Windows Operating System, basic networking, hardware and software knowledge.

·        Preferable skills: Lotus Notes, SAPGUI, remote resolutions tools such as Netmeeting

Other Requirements 其他要求
·        Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

·        Working knowledge in Windows Operating Systems and On the Shelf Application would be an advantage
