The Brady Technical Leadership program provides a unique opportunity to high potential individuals to develop their technical skills and leadership abilities.

This 2-year program prepares participants to assume technically managerial responsibility through challenging rotational assignments and comprehensive training. Participants interact with and learn from senior R&D colleagues and cross-functional members, gaining broad exposure to many strategic initiatives within our global organization.

Responsibilities

Will be rotated within 3 different poles globally in 2 years as product developer
Challenge the status quo and demonstrate boundary-less behavior driving creativity that delivers innovative solutions exceeding customer expectations.
Engage the global cross-functional team to aid in the robust commercialization of the above innovative solutions and product technologies.
Demonstrate and develop strong analytical and statistical process design skills leading risk reduction through the conceptual design, development and commercialization stages of R&D.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills fostering a collaborative research and teaming environment.

Requirements

Fresh graduate from a reputed university or institute
PhD with major in Chemistry, Material Science, Applied Science, Chemical/Material Engineering or appropriate comparable disciplines
Excellent academic record and active in social activities or rich intern experience
Highly self motivated, internally driven individual with a passion for innovation and thirst to lead change
Excellent communication skills in English with proficiency in Mandarin
Aptitude to adapt to and learn quickly in changing environments with strong project management skills is desirable.
