我们已在上海紫竹工业园区建立了第一个自有的半导体封装测试制造工厂——SanDisk Semiconductor (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd.(晟碟半导体上海有限公司)。目前，根据生产需要，诚招以下人员：

Production Supervisor（TEMP Intern）- Six Months

生产主管(实习生)——6个月

Job Description

Support Manufacture manager to meet the goals on Cycle time; Yield ;out put

Manage and let all team members to follow manufacture flow; SOP ; WI and other standard instruction

Train fresh leader and clerk to improve their working skill

Well familiar and good application for manufacture document such as output tracking system/yield summary system/and other daily report table

With well arrangement for each station manpower arrangement / adjustment

For abnormal cause to analyze all result and take improvement actions

Job Requirement

Bachelor Degree, major in Industrial Engineering is preferred.

Good command in English

Willing to run shift job

Good communication and coordinate skills

Good potential with leadership
