通用电气 (GE)公司“创想未来”计划旨在从校园中发现优秀人才,通过提供集中的暑期实习机会及良好的培训,使学生有机会更早一步了解公司管理体系、价值观及文化,也使公司自己更深入地了解、评估学生的素质及其能否与本公司及工作职位要求相匹配,在实习期结束后,经过全面评估,合格者将被公司正式录用。
GE暑期实习计划“GE创想未来(GE EID)”全面启动,我们的校园招聘计划中,有至少50%的正式员工来自于EID实习生。
· “创想未来”计划的目的 及早发现优秀人才并为其提供具有挑战性的工作实践。

Essential Functions (Responsibilities): - Power electronics product design & development with compliance of GE product development process - Power distribution unit, Power supply, motion control and current amplifier improvement design, cost reduction design and verification - Hardware circuit and modules design according to system specifications - Responsible for ensuring the quality of the design - Design verification and validation implementation, responsible for defining the plan - Electrical component localization & verification
