Position：       Supplier Auditor 
Location:        Beijing Head Office 
Main Responsibilities: 
-Together with Quality Manager CST develop audit plans of Chinese vendors identified and selected     
 by the Procurement team of CST. The audit plans will be organized taking into account the material   
 risk level and the supplier confidence level. 
-Audit Chinese vendors following recognized Nestlé standards and requirements (e.g. General 
 Instructions, NQMS). Ensure good relationship with Quality Auditors from Nestlé China to guarantee 
 a consistent approach of the Quality Audits done on behalf of Nestlé in China. 
-In case of need assure quality prior, during production and transport of materials to destination. 
-Edit audit reports following Nestlé requirements and templates. 
-Fill in and keep the Nestle audit database (GLOBE - VAM database) updated in coordination and 
 good collaboration with the Quality auditors from Nestle China. 
-Assure the good exchange of information and knowledge with the Quality auditors from Nestle China. 
. 
Qualifications: 
-Educated to degree level or equivalent, scientific background, food science is a plus. 
-Followed trainings on Quality Management Systems and on Auditing against recognized quality 
 standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, BRC, IFS, HACCP). 
-A high degree of comfort with conflict resolution. 
-Previous experience with quality assurance and/or supplier audit is a plus. 
-Strong experience in managing and executing quality system audits. 
-Strong with computer systems (SAP. Microsoft Office). 
-Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
