Main Responsibilities:

• Work as an team assistant to support team members both business and admin aspects
• Write reports and presentation, set meetings with internal and external parties
• Translate documents from English to Chinese and vice/versa
• Able to run simple administrative task
• Other assigned tasks

Job Requirement:

• Students in their bachelor or master degree,
• Major in Finance or Economics
• Fluent English both in oral and written
• French speaking is a plus
• Familiar MS office , very good Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Proactive, reliable and team spirit
• Able to deliver and meet expectation
