职位要求（Job Requirements）
大专以上学历，计算机或美术相关设计专业；
能熟练使用网页制作相关软件，如Photoshop，Dreamweaver, Flash等；
熟悉W3C标准，可以灵活使用DIV+CSS 编写兼容各种主流浏览器的网站；
对网站的可用性、可访问性、有利于SEO等有一定理解，并有实践经验；
热爱自己的工作，并有吃苦耐劳的精神
懂日语或者英语者优先考虑
