Responsibilities:
1.Quality data monitoring and analysis.
2.Communicate with other sections to deploy quality innovation actions.
3.Provide quality data to suppliers and report the feedback.
4.Examine and approve requests from service stations.
5.Support QE engineer on other QA/QC issues.
Top 3 key competencies:
1.Strong data analysis tool skills.
2.Fluent English both speaking and writing.
3.Strong communication skills.
Measure matrix:
1. Effective quality control;
2. Good data analysis performance;
3. CDS survey
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree/equivalent or above, science or engineering education background.
2.Excellent communications abilities to reach out all levels within the organization driving cross functional continuous improvement.
3.Strong data analysis tool skills like excel, SQL, or minitab.
4.Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills.
5.Good command in English language, spoken and written.
6.Be positive & proactive, would like to take challenges and able to self-motivate.
7.Would interface and work with other groups/ individuals, and can motivate and achieve results through others.
8.Quality control/analysis experience preferred.
9.Lean & Six Sigma qualification preferred.
