(1) Position: Internship - Real Estate Analyst

Location: Shanghai

Requirements:

- Master’s Candidate in Real Estate, Finance or related field.

- Knowledge of Excel and financial analysis.

- Fluency in English.

- At least four-day internship per week

- At least three-month internship commitment

(2) Position: Internship - Legal Assistant

Location: Shanghai

Requirements:

- Master’s Candidate in Law or related field.

- Knowledge of Real Estate.

- Fluency in English.

- At least four-day internship per week

- At least three-month internship commitment
