Legal Assistant（招聘人数：2人）
工作地点:上海

Job Description:
-Provide general administrative and legal assistance to department members
-Conduct legal searches and investigations, statistical and documentary research
-Document preparation, translations
-Perform preliminary work in the preparation of legal opinions
-Answer requests for legal opinions of a routine nature or limited scope
-Help counsel to investigate the background of complaints, litigations, government -surveillances and legislations, etc.
-Coordinate with legal counsels and other colleagues
-Maintain and update department database
-Perform related work as assigned

Job Requirement:
-Strong client-oriented sense
-Hard working, quick learner and team player
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
-Skilled in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
