Brief of the Company

As the market leader in Europe, Fritz EGGER GmbH & Co. markets 5.25 million m3 of wood-based materials worldwide every year with an annual turnover of 1.7 billion Euros.

EGGER supplies the international furniture industry, wood-based panel distributors, floor wholesale traders and DIY organizations from 16 plants in Europe (Austria – headquarters, Germany, Great Britan, France, Russia, Romania).

We concentrate on our core competence in wood-based materials. Under the umbrella brand of EGGER we upgrade our basic materials of chipboard, MDF, OSB to innovative products and solutions for the three strategic business fields of Decoratvie (interior fittings, furniture), Construction and Retail (floor wholesale and DIY).

Position:  Sales

Key Responsibilities:

1.       Report to the Chief Representative, responsible for the sales in China Mainland, Hongkong, Macau, Taiwan, Korea;

2.       Develop sales strategy;

3.       Develop and implement the sales plan. Be responsibe for the sound revenue target, significant growth, and leading position in the market;

4.       Perform market research and competitor intelligence. Collect, analyze and summarize market data from various sources;

5.       Conduct various training to customers.

Qualifications:

1.        2009 graduates. Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in  English, Korean, International Economy & Trade, Business Management, or related major is preferable;

2.        Shanghai native;

3.        Excellent English (speaking, writing, listenning, reading) is a must!  Fluency in Korean is a plus;

4.        Very good command of inter-personal competence;

5.        High level of integrity and commitment. Positive, independent, efficient, and able to work under high pressure;

6.       Very good command of computer skills for daily works including Windows, MS Office, Internet, etc. Good sense about IT. Knowledge about SAP, CRM is a plus;

7.       Good knowledge about sales, foreign trade, business, marketing is a plus;

8.       Willing to travel frequently;

9.    Excellent health condition, no infectious/potential infectious disease.
