Title: MARKETING ASSISTANT - Internship ( Fresh Graduate)

Job Summary
-Complement and assist the marketing manager on all perspectives of national marketing activities including advertising, store oriented sales promotional activities, shopping mall’s collaboration etc.
-Local co-ordination with visual, merchandisers, PR, sales and area team etc
-Responsible for local projects including opening supports, billboards installation and quality insurance follow up
-Responsible for input to the MPS-system, supervising on the media agency’s input into the system
-Handling bilingual productions/adaptations including all campaign related materials’ approvals; internal department production supports
-Weekly shop info preparation
-Invoice follow up
-Provide daily administrative support to marketing manager



Competence
-College degree or above, major in business or marketing is preferred;
-Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Good Chinese copy/translation skills are preferable;
-PC literate(Word, Excel, PPT)
-Experiences in marketing or advertising agency/media buying agency will be a plus.
-Organized, initiative self-motivated and can work effectively under pressure;
-Detail-oriented
-Doer, team-player, flexible
