长飞光纤光缆有限公司是1988年由原邮电部、武汉市政府和荷兰飞利浦公司共同投资兴建、现由中国电信集团全资子公司中国华信邮电经济开发中心、武汉长江通信产业集团股份有限公司与荷兰德拉克通信科技公司共同经营的中外合资高新技术企业，是当今中国产品规格最齐备、生产技术最先进、生产规模最大的光纤光缆专业制造和研究开发企业。
自1992年我公司的光纤光缆产品应用于中国国家骨干光缆网以来，光纤光缆产品已遍及全国， 并畅销美国、日本、韩国、新加坡、泰国、澳大利亚、南非、欧洲和中东等五十多个国家和地区，服务于邮电通信、铁道、电力、广播电视、航天、石油化工、交通、国防、教育等行业。
目前，长飞公司光纤和光缆的年生产能力分别达到1500万公里和30万皮长公里。长飞公司光纤光缆产品的产销量连续十六年保持全国同行业第一，已跻身全球光纤光缆制造业的前3位。

Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Company Ltd. (YOFC) was jointly founded by the former Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, Wuhan municipal government and Philips of the Netherlands in 1988, and now is being operated by Huaxin Economic Development Center of Posts and Telecommunications of China fully held by China Telecom, Wuhan Changjiang Telecommunications Industrial Group Corporation Ltd. and Draka Comteq B.V. of the Netherlands. YOFC is a high-tech joint venture dedicated to the manufacturing, research and development of optical fibre and cable products, which is the largest one of the kind in China at present. Being equipped with the state-of-the-art technologies, YOFC is able to offer customers a complete stock of optical fibre and cable products. Since the self-made fibre and cable products were firstly installed on China’s national cable backbone networks in 1992, YOFC has not only supplied products to all provinces in China but extended the markets to 50 countries and areas such as the USA, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Europe, Middle East, etc. YOFC has been serving a wide range of sectors including Telecommunications, Railways, Power, CATV, Civil aviation, Petrochemical, Highway, National defense, Education.

岗位职责：
1） 制定设备维护维修计划并指导实施；
2） 制定设备改造方案并实施；
3） 制定备件计划并控制维修成本；
4） 培训设备技术员。
岗位要求：
1） 有较好的主动性、沟通与协调能力；
2） 硕士研究生学历，电气、工业自动化专业；
3） 英语六级以上水平，具有较强的听说读写能力。
2. 工艺工程师
岗位职责：
负责光纤预制棒制造、光纤拉丝、测试的相关工艺工作。
岗位要求：
1） 有较好的主动性、沟通与协调能力；
2） 硕士研究生学历，光电子、物理、材料等相关专业；
3） 英语六级以上水平，具有较强的听说读写能力。
