Job title: AP Accountant (Intern position)
Service Period: 4 months (April 09 – July 09)
Job description
1. Review AP vouchers, to check whether AP Accountant has used the correct cost element and cost centre.
2. AP Payment booking- key in transactions for supplier invoices, staff expense report and other payment documents, ensure accurate and timely payments
3. Communication with internal department and external suppliers for payment issues, follow up outstanding items
4. Prepare the supporting documents for FX payment
5. Other work if required.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree above (Master Preferred) with Accounting or similar major
2. Accountant certificate
3. 2 years or above working experience preferred
4. Good communication skills
5. Good command of English
6. work at least three days per week
