Responsibilities:
-Handle incoming calls professionally, taking messages upon necessity and urgency
-Receive and forward faxes to certain receivers
-Receive and Hand out all in and out mailings accurately and timely
-Receive and arrange visitors waiting at lobby
-Meeting room reservation
- Other office administrative affairs
Requirements:
-Bachelor graduate or above
-Reception experience in foreign-invested company will be preferred
-Good language skills, fluent in oral English
-Good communication and coordination skill,
-Good command of computer skills
-With open and easy-going personality
