Position:　Assistant Headhunter(Intern)

职位：助理猎头顾问(实习生)

Description:

职位描述：

1. Recommend headhunter service aiming at potential clients, undertake effective business development job to finish related target;

向目标潜在客户推荐公司的猎头服务，进行有效的市场开拓工作，完成任务目标；

2. Keep efficient contact with target clients by analyzing clients' situation and their job description; be empowered by clients to provide professional advice;

 与客户保持有效的沟通，了解客户情况，分析职位需求，为客户提供专业的建议并获得客户委托；  

3. Cooperate with team members to ensure tasks assigned;

与团队合作，成功完成各项工作任务；

4. Be sensitive with market trends and that of well-known multinational enterprises, keep long-term relationship with them ,and collect thorough industry information.

关注行业及知名企业发展动向，建立广泛的人脉关系 搜集深入的行业信息。

 

Requirements:

职位要求：

1. Associate or equivalent certificate with no limits to university major; people who'd like to engage in phone sales position;

大专及以上学历；专业不限； 有意向从事电话销售的工作；

2. Possess out-going and passionate characteristics; be able to undertake high pressure and adapt high efficient working style; 

性格开朗，富有激情，能承受压力；能适应快节奏的工作方式；

3. Possess good communication skills; have strong desire to learn fast and develop himself;

语言表达流利，沟通能力和学习能力强；具有强烈的自我成长欲望；

4. Good pc operation and basic searching ability through internet;             

电脑操作熟练；具备一定的搜索能力；

5. Location: Shenzhen (10) /Guangzhou ( 5 );

工作地点：深圳(罗湖区)10人/广州(越秀区)5人；

6. Five-day workweek.

工作时间：五天工作制。

 

 

Company will provide the orientation for the position which pass through examiner, and provide lunch subsidy in the exercitation period for one month, pass through it, the salary is Regular Salary Commission (Up to self ability).

所述职位，通过考核人员，公司会为其提供完善的岗前培训，实习期为一个月，实习期提供基本午餐补贴，通过实习期考核后，薪酬为：固定底薪 提成 ( 具体视个人能力而定 )。
