1. 对各部门报来的文件资料（如假单、报销单、通知等）登记、传递、发放、跟进工作。
2. 办理新入职员工手续及更衣柜的分配手续；办理离职人员更衣柜的退回手续。
3. 做好员工每日用餐的订餐、登记等工作，月末做好用餐人数的统计工作，以及有关用餐付款的报批工作。
4. 做好本部门人员物品的下单、领取、登记等工作。
5. 定期清理员工健康证、卫生知识培训证，督办逾期证件，同时办理员工健康证报销事宜。
6.每月办理员工社会保险。
7.每月做好工资报表及其它报表。
8. 完成人力资源总监布置的各项工作。
