1. 协助销售代表、配合客户完成WMDS的填写
Assist sales representative and coordinate customers fill in the WMDS

2. 协助销售部技术支持与客户的沟通，主要包括WMDS信息的补充、确认以及更新。
Assist technical supporter, main tasks include renew, complement and confirm the information of WMDS

3. 协助部门助理相关文件的整理，内容包含行动计划，产品推广，客户需求以及会议纪要，数据库更新，合同管理和市场信息的调查收集等
Assist paper work as required; include action plan, meeting memo, database updated, contract management, marketing research etc.

4. 处理销售团队日常内务和部门经理交给的其他工作。
Deal with daily office administration management for the team and other work assigned by manager.

工作所需资格和经验
Qualification and experience required for the job

1. 大学在读学生，理工科专业，可保证一周三天以上在职工作时间。
University student, major in Science and Engineering, at least 3 working days per week should be ensured.

2. 思维活跃，沟通能力强，勤恳踏实，能吃苦耐劳，具团队合作精神
Good interpersonal and communications skills, honest, proactive, well-organized, and hard working with team spirit

3. 具有电脑办公软件操作能力，英文能够读写。
Good English speaking and writing, able to use Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

(SCIP-SSWS), a Sino-HK JV with a total 550 M Rmb investment from three shareholders: SCIP DC, HK Swire Sita Waste Services Limited (a subsidiary of SUEZ Group, France and Swire Group, HK) and New World Group (HK) is to build up a European-standard hazardous waste incinerator in Shanghai Chemical Industry Park, Cao Jing, Shanghai to provide incineration services for industrialists inside and outside SCIP.
