Job Description:
- Search candidates from talent pool;
- Assist HR professional to do phone interview and arrange on-site interviews;
- Be responsible for all employment related forms;
- Be responsible to contact FESCO on employment related work;
- Be responsible for employee profile of hardcopy;
- Be responsible for employment confirmation before probationary period is over;
- Assist HR employees in some other work if needed;
Requirements:
- BSEE/BSCS or equivalent education experience is preferred；
- Fresh graduate in university is preferred;
- Having internship experience is better;
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, CET-6 is a must.
