MS level biochemists and cell biologists are needed in protein expression and purification technology. The positions will be responsible for recombinant protein productions utilizing e.coli, bacoluvirus and mammalian expression systems.
Below qualifications are expected:
MS degree in biochemistry, cell biology or related field.
In depth knowledge in protein science, tissue culture and molecular biology
>2 years hand-on experience in protein expression using e.coli, baculovirus and mammalian
expression systems, suspension culture of insect and mammalian cells
>2 years hand-on experience in protein purification using AKTA
Team player, open-minded, flexible and multitasking
Good oral and written communication skills in English
Past experience in biotech industry is a plus

Job Description
l Conduct literature research on tumor xenograft models;
l Design and write experimental protocols;
l Thoroughly understand the experimental protocols if it is provided from the study sponsor;
l Analyse cost of study and propose experimental budgets;
l Efficiently prepare all materials and supplies before the experiments;
l Carefully execute experimental plans, adhering to the protocols and budgets of studies;
l Prepare professional, high quality experimental reports and present reports to management.
l Strive for innovation and scientific excellence throughout all work.
Requirements
l Master or Bachelor degree in a Biological science; For Senior Scientist, a Ph.D. degree or equivalent work experience is required;
l Preferably have previous work experience (over two years) in tumor xenograft models
l In-depth knowledge in fundamental biology related to cancer (molecular and cell biology, biochemistry, histopathology, physiology, etc)
l Excellent English reading, writing and comprehension,
l Ambitious, willing to work hard to achieve excellence, strong ability to learn;
