Shanghai Office Vice-Chief Representative

Our client is a French SME, specialized in engineering and equipment construction dedicated to oil, gazs and chemical industries. For this client subsidiary, focused on handling installations and solid bulky products design and production, Talent Fishers is looking for a Shanghai Office Vice-Chief Representative to accompany the growth of the Business Activity in China.

The Shanghai Office Vice-Chief Representative will be in charge of:

• Participating to the openings for bidding under quotation for projects in China by getting prices for the execution of custom boiler manufacturing fabrication or of manufactured products purchasing.
• Taking part to the boilers, mechanical and electrical suppliers search process and to outsourcing and supplies biddings.
• Participating to the technical and commercial meetings according toe the needs in the contracts negotiation process.
• Ensuring with the help of the local manager, subcontractors and suppliers follow up and quality, tracking, production control, planning and shipping.
• Acting as the technical interface between the research department in France and clients during the research phase according to the needs.

• Mechanical Engineering education background with 2 to 5 years experience in similar position
• Significant experience in Chinese industrial environment in a foreign company
• Ability to tackle challenging projects which require a combination of business, organization and technical issues in order to provide maximum value to customers needs
• Fluent in English and French (Mandarin is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of Pack Office
