Customer Documentation Engineer (IPA)
Brief Induction of IPA
As a platform of radio network controllers and
multimedia gateways, IPA2800 provides:
-hardware management
-mobile network interfaces
-flow management
-congestion control
-human computer interface
-maintenance system supporting
-system disaster recovery and other functions.
By deploying radio network controllers and multimedia gateways with IPA2800 platforms, the network operators may evolve the existing GSM-based mobile networks into 3GPP Protocal-based 3G mobile networks in a convenient and flexible fashion which will greatly save the operators'investments, shorten the deployment cycles of networks, and increase the returns on investments.

职位描述：
Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
NSN Radio Access is looking for persons with a keen interest in technical writing as a long-term career. You will join a newly established Customer Documentation team in Hangzhou, in a team responsible for projects related to Radio Access Multiradio products. Customer Documentation projects deliver Hardware and Software descriptions for the use of mobile operator personnel. You will closely interact with R&D departments and work directly with UTRAN Network Elements in laboratory (e. g. NodeB, RNC) to obtain necessary information when creating customer-oriented documents. Your work is an integral parts of R&D release programs.

Requirements:
The person we are looking for:
- has MSc degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications .
- has excellent command of the written and spoken English language .
- is well oriented in mobile telecommunication architecture and functionality .
- has experience in technical documentation writing .
