Responsible for all administrative and general services to the Company, in order to ensure the daily operation of the Company.

• Education / Experience

Bachelor degree and above, majoring in management
大学本科以上学历,管理专业方向
5 years of experiences in secretariat or general services department of foreign invested heavy manufacturing industry, including at least three years as manager
五年以上外资大型制造企业公司办公室或行政工作相关经验,其中至少三年管理经验。
• Specific knowledge
专业知识
Familiar with general services activities. Proficient in office automation software (especially Word and Excel). Having basic understanding of network. Good command of English communication.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
职责范围
1. Establishment of Administrative Policies and Regulations
建立行政管理制度
Under the guidance of HR Director, preparing and subsequently supervising the implementation of all administrative policies and regulations of the Company.
在人力资源总监的指导下,编制公司行政管理的各项规章制度,并监督执行。
2. Control of Administrative Expenses
行政费用控制
Strictly control of spending of all administrative expenditures of the Company, in accordance with the annual budget of the Company
根据公司年度预算,严格控制公司各项行政费用支出。
3. Management of Administrative Assets and Supplies
行政性财产及物资管理
Responsible for coordinating the purchasing of and subsequently managing Company administrative/office assets and supplies, and travel management (air tickets, train tickets and hotel reservation, etc.) based on frame agreements negotiated by Purchasing Department
根据采购部签订的框架协议,协调公司行政、办公设备及用品的采购,以及安排差旅事宜(机票和火车票预定、饭店预定等),并负责公司行政财产及物资的登记和管理工作。
4. Logistics Services
后勤保障工作
Responsible for the organizing, coordinating and arranging logistics services, such as vehicles & drivers (including shuttle buses), canteen, security, cleaning, property & waste management,. Telecommunication expenses management, etc., in order to ensure the smooth operation of the Company.
组织、协调、安排公司的后勤工作,包括车辆和司机(以及员工班车)管理、员工食堂管理、治安保卫、卫生保洁、物业管理、废物管理、通信费用管理等工作,确保公司整体工作正常有序地进行。
5. Management of Company legal certificates
公司法律登记文件管理
Responsible for the management (including annual examination and renewal) of all legal certificates of the Company, such as business license, etc.
负责公司各类法律登记文件的管理,如营业执照等,并负责该类法律登记文件的年检及更换工作。
