Job Responsibilities
1.To provide daily secretarial, administrative support to function manager so as to ensure timely planning, effective communication flow and coordination of all department activities.
2.Handling incoming calls and host visitors with polite attitude
3.Organize office for maximum operational efficiency; Organize and maintain filing system/follow up file.
4.Meeting arrangement and ensure the meeting rooms available, clean, and that the facilities are on working condition;
5.Responsible for daily office routine work, such as stationary , badge management and distributing & mailing letters
6.Outing and other employee activities support
7.Offer other administrative services as required
Job Requirements:
1.Minimum Bachelor in English or related;
2.Strong PC skills (i.e. Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, E-mail, Access, etc).
3.Excellent English communication skills;
4.Have a positive attitude, multi-task, be pro-active, have a strong attention to detail.
