Shanghai Easychina Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. Position: Executive Assistant to Managing Director Job Description: 1. Support MD’s daily activities, make the arrangements and appointments 2. Support MD on day to day operations, i.e. meeting minutes, emails, letters, newsletter preparation, data processing, archiving etc. 3. Organize MD travel arrangements (including visitors, i.e. hotels & flight booking, etc.) 4. Prepare and submit expenses claims for MD 5. Follow up on important tasks assigned by MD 6. Assist MD on special project management 7. Support office administrative work Key Requirements 1. Bachelor Degree or above 2. Excellent English written and communication skills, able to interact across cultures and with all levels of people; 3. Proficiency in MS Office, PPT applications; 4. Good organization skills; 5. Initiative, self-motivated, detail and result oriented, responsible and able to work under pressure.
