Position: Department Assistant
Working Location: Kerry Everbright City, Shanghai

Job Responsibilities:
-Answer telephone calls and welcome visitors;
-Support in the daily tasks and update the working calendar;
-Assist in scheduling & arranging meetings including organization, minutes taking and
follow up;
-Assist in drafting all the letters and documents required;
-Other administrative affairs when needed.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree, 2009 under-graduate student, internship experience as a secretary in JV/MNC will be preferred, only female will be considered;
-Be careful, responsible, patient and have a strong sense of order;
-Have strong ability of speaking and writing;
-Good team player and customer service oriented;
-Good command of English communication skill and MS Office, CET 6 is a must, TEM-8 will be preferred;
-Positive attitude, high sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure;
-Good interpersonal skills and team player.
