PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Under the direct supervision of Consultants/Client Partners, the incumbent will be primarily responsible for the following:
Search Project Research and Execution Support
n Working closely with Client Partners and Search Consultants, the incumbent will support middle and senior search assignments across all functional areas and provide premium talent recruitment and development services for clients
n Conduct desktop research, cold calls and telephone interviews to source and pre-screen prospective qualified candidates
n Prepare job specifications and executive profiles per understanding of clients’ requirements. Present opportunities to prospective candidates in an attractive and accurate manner
n Serve as a key team member in the successful completion of client work. Near-term goals will be to support/lead project engagements with a follow-on intermediary goal of building/extending specific client relationships
Data Research
n Work closely with search consultants to generate lists of executives accordingly to our search strategy
n Research company & executive information via various information sources e.g. internet and a variety of databases
n Communicate effectively industry, company and executive information among team members in order to enable the team to well represent intelligence and know-how in our focused industries
REQUIREMENTS
n Bachelor degree with sound academic record (overseas degree preferred)
n 2-4 years of solid professional work experience or executive search and/or recruitment experience
n Good spoken/written/listening skills in English and Mandarin is essential
n Interested in and good at communicating with people at different levels (must be comfortable with spending time talking on the phone and meeting new people)
n High level of integrity and discretion
n Be creative and demonstrate the capability to think out of the box
n Proficient in using internet and data research
n Intellectually curious
