Key Activities:

主要活动：

· Booking accounts payable related vouchers in Axapta in time and accurately, including invoiced and payment vouchers

在系统中录入每月所有收到供应商增值税专用发票及付款及相关凭证

· Check PO data according to the Axapta system and prepare settlement with suppliers

根据Axapta的采购订单数据，准备每月与供应商的对账单

· Confirm with the suppliers directly for the accounts payable

与供应商联系对账事宜

· Verify VAT invoice on purchase

核对确认供应商开具的增值税专用发票

· Apply for the payments to suppliers after double confirmed

申请付款

· Assist to analyse accounts payable, cogs, inventory and related accounts.

协助财务经理分析应付账款，销售成本及库存等相关账户

· Assist to other task required by finance manager and ad hoc.

协助财务经理交付的其他任务



Hours of work:

工作时间：

· Monday-Friday

· Between the hours of 9.00am and 6.00pm





Requirements:

职位要求：

· College degree or above in Accounting or relevant field.

· High sense of integrity, and careful behaviour.

· Good Communication and cooperation ability.
