要求：
对物流行业有深刻的认识与理解，良好的客户沟通协调与应变能力，工作认真细致、有条理，同时具备较强的工作责任心，团队合作意思佳。熟练掌握办公软件的运用与操作。
职责：
1、接听客户相关的货物查询与业务咨询；
2、接受客户运输定单，根据定单要求与承运商协调，并将相关信息及时反馈给客户；
3、跟踪货物在途情况，并将到达情况及时录入内部系统并反馈至客户处；
4、制作报表、回单整理与核对及月底对帐等；
5、处理货损货差及客户投诉等突发事件；
6、与发货方、收货方、承运商保持良好的沟通；
实习期待遇:800元/月
