Corporate Trainee
Selection Criteria and Process
- Eligibility
This program is intended for external hires, which are local preferably fresh graduates.
- Selection Criteria
. Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor's digress or its equivalent.
- English fluency
. Desired Qualities
- Has a personal presence and image appropriate to Shangri-la
- Intelligent, articulate and persuasive
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to confront and challenge constructively and with courage of conviction, yet can accept decision contrary
to own.
- Creative and innovative minded
- Has initiative and drive - gets things done
Talent Development Program-Corporate Trainee(CT)-Overview
- It is an 18-month program.
- There are 3 phases.
