一．电生理学科学家/资深科学家（Scientist/senior scientist in electrophysiology）
职位职责：
该职位主要通过膜片钳等电生理学的方法对激活细胞（如心肌细胞，HEK293等）表面的离子通道（如HERG等）进行测量，以筛选作用于该通道的抑制剂。职责还包括：细胞培养，方法建立，数据分析和报告，以及撰写技术报告。
应聘要求：
1.电生理学方面的硕士或具有离子通道研究经验的生理学、生物物理学以及药理学的博士。有曾任职于生物技术或制药公司经验者优先考虑；
2. 需有膜片钳技术的实际操作和相关软件使用的经验。有自动化膜片钳系统操作经验者优先考虑；
3. 会使用普通实验室仪器，并有原代细胞培养经验。有细胞生物学和分子生物学经验者优先考虑；
4. 可独立处理、报告实验数据，具有良好的人际沟通能力和语言表达能力，有较强的团队合作精神。
二、克隆研究科学家（scientist- cloning）
This position will be responsible for contributing to projects in biology, as a member of the high performance biology team in BioDuro’s R&D center in Beijing China. Key activities include: Cloning various genes and constructing mammalian expression vectors; Establishing stable expression cell lines, Developing cell functional assays, and Preparing comprehensive scientific documentations.
Job requirements
1. PhD or MS in biology or pharmacology. 0-5 years of relevant industrial experience.
2. Molecular biology experience required: genetic database querying; sequence analysis; gene cloning, and expression vector engineering,
3. Excellent mammalian cell culture skill required, mammalian expression experience (e.g. GPCR, etc) preferred,
4. Experience in stable cell line generation and characterization preferred.
5. Cell functional assay, FACS (flow cytometry), and fluorescent microscopy experience preferred.
6. Familiarity with data analysis software preferred.
7. Energetic, flexible and innovative; able to trouble shoot and work in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent English reading and writing ability.

Job Description
* Conduct literature research on tumor xenograft models;
* Design and write experimental protocols;
* Thoroughly understand the experimental protocols if it is provided from the study sponsor;
* Analyse cost of study and propose experimental budgets;
* Efficiently prepare all materials and supplies before the experiments;
* Carefully execute experimental plans, adhering to the protocols and budgets of studies;

Requirements
* Master or Bachelor degree in a Biological science; For Senior Scientist, a Ph.D. degree or equivalent work experience is required;
* Preferably have previous work experience (over two years) in tumor xenograft models
* In-depth knowledge in fundamental biology related to cancer (molecular and cell biology, biochemistry, histopathology, physiology, etc)
* Excellent English reading, writing and comprehension,

四、分子生物学科学家
分子生物学/生物化学，细胞生物学及相关生物专业硕士学位。
必须有分子克隆的技术和经验。
有细胞培养, 转染，细胞株的建立培养，流式细胞分析技术， ELISA 的经验者优先考虑。
希望同时有蛋白表达和纯化经验
要求有团队工作精神，善于思考，可同时处理多项工作的能力，有良好的英语交流能力。
五、免疫学/细胞生物学科学家
免疫学，细胞生物学或相关生物专业硕士学位
- 必须有丰富的杂交瘤经验
- 体内和体外试验分析单克隆和重组抗体
- 体外细胞水平的分析
- 转染， ELISA
- 流式细胞分析
- 有分子克隆经验者优先考虑
要求有团队工作精神，善于思考，可同时处理多项工作的能力，有良的英语交流能力。
六 酶研究科学家（Enzymolozy scientist）
Masters or Ph.D. in enzymology or biochemistry.
Be experienced in enzyme assay, familiar with relative techniques and skills.
Be able to set up experiment and manage experiment data independently,
Good ability to troubleshoot problem,
Good team-work spirit,
Experience with molecular biology and protein purification is preferred.
七、蛋白生化/细胞生物学科学家
MS level biochemists and cell biologists are needed in protein expression and purification technology. The positions will be responsible for recombinant protein productions utilizing e.coli, bacoluvirus and mammalian expression systems.
Below qualifications are expected:
MS degree in biochemistry, cell biology or related field.
Indepth knowledge in protein science, tissue culture and molecular biology
years hand-on experience in protein expression using e.coli, baculovirus and mammalian
expression systems, suspension culture of insect and mammalian cells
years hand-on experience in protein purification using AKTA
Team player, open-minded, flexible and multitasking
Good oral and written communication skills in English
Past experience in biotech industry is a plus
