中国教育信息化杂志社隶属于教育部教育管理信息中心，《中国信息化》每月5、20日出版，由信息产业部主管，电子工业出版社主办的信息经济传媒。中国信息化杂志立足经济与社会发展大背景和信息化发展趋势，广度反映领域和区域实践，深度体现信息产业与信息化相互促进，理性思考信息化对产业结构调整、经济增长方式转变的有力推动，客观评述信息化对自主创新体系建设和经济社会发展的倍增作用，以务实体现理性，本着“超越IT，报道信息化实践；立足信息化，关注IT创新”的宗旨，构建了领域、区域、产业、评论四大板块，面向和服务于政府信息化推进部门决策层、重点领域应用机构领导层、中小企业管理层、信息化实施部门主导层的四大核心层面读者，是独树一帜的高位视信息经济媒体。
《ICHINA》was first established in May 2004. It's a biweekly magazine governed by the Ministry of Information Industry of People's Republic of China and sponsored by the Publishing House of Electronics Industry.
Based on the background of the development of society and economy, 《ICHINA》 keeps track of the tendency of IT. It widely reflects the ongoing practice of both the domain and the regions. It digs deeply into the mutually positive interaction between the information industry and the information growth. It provides rational insight into the whole industry structure adjustment and change in the means of economic growth which are driven by the IT growth. It gives objective comments on information growth's great impact on the construction of independent creation system and on the development of this economic society . 《ICHINA》takes on the character of rationality by respecting truth. With the principle of " Transcend IT, Report IT practice, Be based on the information growth, Focus on the IT innovation " , 《ICHINA》 presents four fundamental plates: the domain, the region, the industry, and the comments. The magazine faces and serves the four basic groups of readers: the policy-makers who regulate the information growth, the leadership of important fields, the management of SMG, the leading group that controls the application of IT. In one word,《ICHINA》is an unique media of great vision.
