Position: Database Integration and Maintenance Support Intern
Job Description:
Assisting in data consolidation and maintenance process based on talent pool database.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact target candidates and collect relevant information
2. Modify and manage personal files, documents, information, etc
3. Migrate information into a standardize database;
4. Maintain and update database as required;
5. Coordinate with project group leaders on the working schedule.
Job Requirements:
1. Student in his/her year three or year four.
2. At least 4 work days per week.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Conversant with Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, etc
5. Good command of English, at least CET6
6. Strong sense of integrity, resourceful, initiative, self-motivated, sociable creative
