职位：Junior Product Manager/建筑软件产品经理

Job Description:

1. Be responsible for composing software specification, design or programmin
g

2. Communicating and cooperating with oversea experts

3. Be involved in programming work and training

4. Offering construction engineering knowledge training to other members to
enhance development ability

5. Be involved in software products testing

6. Be displayed software products to customers if project need

Job Requirement:

1. 3+years working experience in construction industry, practical experience
in Architectural or Engineering office will be preferred

2. Excellent knowledge of cost estimation and tender process, integrated pro
cesses in construction design and planning, quantity calculation, CAD system
s, 3D CAD systems for Architecture and Engineering, road design and engineer
ing

3. Bachelor above

4. Successful finalized education as building engineer, civil engineer or ar
chitect

5. Excellent English

6. Excellent knowledge of computer programs (MS Office, CAD/3D CAD software,
some building engineering software and civil engineering software)

7. Good communication skills

职位职责

1.负责国外建筑工程软件产品的需求规范说明书的分析和编写工作

2.直接与国外总部技术专家进行日常的沟通合作

3.如有项目特定需要, 参与项目的总体结构分析及设计

4.培训团队成员帮助其提高建筑工程知识，从而提高他们的技术研发能力

5.参与软件产品的系统测试工作

6.如有项目特定需要,向客户演示软件产品

职位要求：

1.对建筑工程软件行业有兴趣

2.3年以上建筑行业工作经验，曾在建筑设计院或建筑施工企业从事相关工作优先

3.本科或以上学历，工民建筑，路?派杓苹蚪ㄖ杓葡喙刈ㄒ?

4.具备建筑设计，施工，造价，项目管理的丰富知识

5.良好的英语听说能力，较强的英文写作能力,能够独立完成软件开发要求的编写翻译工
作

6.熟练掌握MS Office，CAD/3D CAD，建筑造价等各种软件

7.具有良好的沟通协调能力
