工作内容及职责：
全面了解人力资源部的基础工作及流程规范，协助完成部分与薪资福利相关的工作
应聘要求：
1、 大三、大四在校生，财务、管理、经济类专业为佳
2、 每周至少可以保证3天以上固定实习时间
3、 英语CET-4级以上
4、 做事细心、性格沉稳，有意往人力资源方向发展
在实习期间，可以近距离了解一个经济性组织的管理运作，近距离了解人力资源管理工作的内容、技能，近距离了解市场营销集团人力资源管理的特点。
