JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Work in Cummins Shanghai office & plant environment to provide customer with CBS IT service mainly focusing on IT infrastructure to ensure normal IT daily operation.
2. Work together with local & global IT service team to ensure function excellence.
3. Increase customer satisfaction by providing value-added IT service and improving service quality.
4. Quality project local implementation involvement.
5. Infrastructure system (Server, Network, PBX, Storage, Computer Room) maintenance and improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Helpdesk & Onsite daily support 50%.
2. Document update and management 30%.
3. IT Project involvement and implementation 10%.
4. System and process improvement 10%
SKILLS AND EDUCATION:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Information Technology or other related.
2. Proactive working and learning attitude and customer focus awareness.
3. Strong team work spirit and communication ability.
4. Strong ability of Microsoft office, Visio & Project experience.
5. Be faimilar with Lotus notes
6. Certified MCSE or CCNA will be needed.
7. Be proficient in communication with English orally and manually.
8. Global company support experience will be as preference.
