Job Responsibilities:
Mainframe performance monitoring and analysis
Storage management both for DASD and for Tape (Virtual Tape Library)
Communicating and Supporting for vendors
Job Requirements:
B.S. of E.E in Computer Science or equivalent.
Knowledge of mainframe related, hardware and software;
Knowledge of Windows XP;
Knowledge of Ms office, especially Excel;
Responsible, accountable and careful;
Good communication skill both in Chinese and in English;
Be familiar with Windows XP and Ms office, especially Excel;
职位名称：Technical Operations Analyst (Intern)
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in manage the operations of the mainframe environment
Apply first level support for the issues in SIT, UAT and PRD environments ;
Monitor CICS online regions.
Monitor daily batch cycles.
Monitor all scheduled jobs
Perform Batch Operation activities
Ensure Data backups are completed
Tape Operations
Documentation – Process, Procedure, Work Instruction
Vendor dispatch for Data Centre hardware incidents where required
Assist in response clients’ issues by phone and email
Adapt different tracking system to record clients' issues and positively follow up status
Job Requirements:
Willing to take 24*7 roast shift
College degree in computer science or equivalent diploma.
Good command of English both oral and written
One to two years related IT intern experience, eg, backup, networks & communications protocol, system security, data centre facilities, escalation, system monitoring or IBM Mainframe.
Good understanding of escalations and incident management
Strong communications skills
Customer service and quality focus
Good time management skills
Attention to detail
职位名称：Application Programmer (Intern)
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver software product within a specific duration.
Make sure the availability of the application system;
Take the responsibility of UAT IR tracking, monitoring and reporting;
Translate software development related documentation;
Generate analysis report as PMO request.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or above. Major in computer science or related;
Experienced the whole Software Development Lifecycle;
Good at one of the programming language: VB Script, C#.Net, , , Java;
Skillful in one of the Database: My SQL, SQL Server, Access;
Familiar with the Browser/Server development;
Good capability of System Design; Good habit of coding and documentation;
Good communication skills both in English & Chinese;
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
Good self management skills and team work sense;
English, CET-4.
