Human Resources Researcher -人力资源助理
Full time/ Part time/ Internship
Location Shanghai, Lujiazui
Responsibilities:
- Searching for companies and identifying candidates by using cold call and other resources
- Organizing and management of interview and meeting schedules for the project managers/consultants
- Maintenance and management of internal and external databank
- Drafting and formatting English project reports for the client
- Attending business meeting with the client from Germany and other European countries
- Supporting other related human resources projects
Requirements:
- Degree (Bachelor/Master) from a recognized Chinese University is requested
- Ideally, work experience in market research or executive search companies
- Ideally, good knowledge about Chinese labor law and pay-roll system in China
- Strong communication skills and must have strong motivation in talking to people by using the telephone and during a face-to-face meeting
- Excellent written and oral skills in English is a must
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Willing to work base on basic salary and attractive bonus system
