Job description:
1.Collect Push Girls’daily working report every week (GZ during PG weekly routine meeting, SZ & ZS send by mail)
每周收回促销员每日工作记录报表（广州促销员每周例会时收集，深圳和中山邮寄）
2.Facilitate bi-weekly Push Girl routine meeting
协助组织每两周一次的促销员例会
3.Consolidate Push Girls’ daily working report in standard template and timely submit every month
将报表内容输入规定格式的汇总表中，每月准时递交
4.Tell Push Girl how to correctly fill in report if necessary
如有需要，告知促销员如何正确填写报表
5.Calculate Push Girls salary and incentive
计算促销员每月工资和奖金
6.Timely mail out free samples according to the list given by DM team, and confirm back mail out information
按DM组给出的顾客信息，及时将免费试用品寄给消费者，并将寄出时间和凭证号反馈给总部
7.Check and confirm delivery cost every month and prepare expenses claim
每月和快递公司结算免费试用品的递送费用，填写报销单
8.Receive, allocate and keep record of POSM, and prepare monthly report
接收、发放并记录促销品，并每月提交总结报告
Requirement:
1.Can ensure 3.5 working days per week
每周能保证至少3.5个工作日
2.With qualified Excel and other Windows software skills. Have a personal computer is preferred
有较好的Excel及其它办公软件的操作能力。最好能自备电脑设备
3.Careful and proactive. Can timely and correctly submit consolidated report every month

4.Can work for SCA for at least 6 months
