Job Description ：
1)Control and manage the sample warehouse.
2)Contact person for all repairs, failure products and warranty issues.
3)Contact customer to verify the technical problem and check warranty.
4)Functional product test for all returned samples and failure products and warranty
5)Failure reports ( English and Chinese) to customer and LeO.
6)Cost report to customer.
7)Contact person for LeO on repairs and warranty issues.
8)ERP and CRM.
Requirement ：
1)Bachelor or above in electric, mechanical or automation fields
2)Perfect English in writing and speaking ( this is must ).
3)Be familiar in office software (Office , Win).
4)Team player and good communication skill.
5)Working under pressure.
