工作内容:
Responsibilities related to functional areas of MNC headquarters
Corporate Technology marketing & Know-How transfer functions:
1.Gather and update data of international and local copper mining companies: mine, smelting and refineries, governmental authority, domestic and international industry associations, R & D institute, others.
2.Participate in the implementation of field programs related to technical agreements.
3.Coordination of activities related to technical specialists and experts meeting programs in Chile and China.
4.Communication with local third parties for specific projects and studies on technology.
5.Gather industrial information, stats data for mining and smelting technology in China.
6.Prepare monthly and quarterly basis achievements reports for management.
7.Collaborate in perception surveys and seminars to enhance our technology platform.
8.Participate in persuasion programs for know-how transfer to China and vice versa
9.Protecting CODELCO’s technology intellectual property rights and patents.
10.Organization and coordination of technology seminars and follow-up work.
Others (TBC)
Corporate sourcing & Strategic Supplies and Equipment Procurement
1.Participate in activities of GCAB’s Project Development of strategic suppliers in Asia
2.Administration of Purchase Orders between CODELCO and suppliers
3.Validation of suppliers including documentation stage procedures, laboratory sample testing, technical inspection arrangements and Quality Certification for pre-shipment approval.
4.Coordination of inland logistics, dispatch and follow up of samples to GCAB.
5.Collaborate on Implementation of Quality Assurance Programs with suppliers.
6.Coordination with Procurement Division departments, suppliers and relevant third parties.
7.Coordinate with HO all logistics for procurement activities in Asia
8.Assist management on project preparation, organization and other related activities.
9.Liaison with external organizations as requested for regular work
10.Gather market information and relevant statistical data for products market analysis.
11.Keep updated customers database, product MSDS and suppliers profiles.
12.Coordinate documentation cataloging and filing activities with EA
13.Establish and maintain communication links and networking with industrial manufacturers entities in China
14.Prepare monthly and quarterly basis achievements reports for management.
15.Organization and coordination of procurement workshop annually and follow-up work
16.Work on team basis on group related department targets or projects.
