Position Scope:

Responsible for customer order process.

Description:

Honeywell Transportation Systems (TS) is comprised of two Strategic Business Units: Honeywell Turbo Technologies (HTT) and Consumer Products Group (CPG). HTT is a global leader for its turbocharging and thermal systems for passenger car and commercial diesel applications. CPG is a global provider of a variety of leading branded automotive products, including the Prestone, Holts, Autolite, Fram, Bendix and Jurid brands. With annual revenues of more than $4B, TS employs over 13,000 in over 30 sites worldwide.

 

Other key duties include:

• Input & maintenance customer order in SAP system to ensure Customer order fulfillment

• Communicate and coordinate between sales & operations & customers for product on-time delivery

• Monitor consignment stock, meet customer requirement and control FGI;

• Update monthly rolling forecast of intra-company sales.

• Provide business report per management team request

• Set up and keep a suitable filing system about customer order, etc.

• Service will be measured as IPMD performance

Qualifications:

• College or university graduate with 2 years experience in sales & marketing related situation.

• Good command of English (oral and written)

• Good communication skills in Chinese and/or English

• Team work and self driven, energize peers

• Proficiency in personal computer skills such as Microsoft Office

• Ability and work comfortably with and assist a wide range of individuals in variety of situation
