Position: Executive Search Researcher（招聘研究员）
 
Company Profile:

Chinese firms, and foreign SMES. Our goal is to become one of the leading business
consulting firms in Fashion, Retail, and industrial Industries.  
 
Main Responsibilities:
  Analyze and Understand client’s requirements  
  Accomplish the searching tasks independently within the timetable
  Willing to make Cold-call actively  
  Well cooperate, communicate with Consultant  
  Well communicate with the candidates
 
General Profile:
  College or Bachelor degree
  Fluent in English writing, reading and speaking, CET6 is a must
  Good Computer skills, Familiar with Excel, Word and Microsoft Power Point
  Good Interpersonal, Communication, Presentation skills, and Team-work consciousness
  Experiences in Student Union is preferred  
 
Place of Work:
  Based in Shanghai
 
Recruitment Process:
  3 months full-time Internship Period
  Formal recruitment with Corresponding Probative Period
