JAQ公司是一家主要从事项目设计治理、工程施工和结构治理的国内领先施工总承包公司，公司具有为客户提供最先进、实用以及不断优化创新的工程项目治理能力，自1993年开始JAQ已在中国十个以上的城市完成了一百多个工程项目。
    JAQ是由上海、江苏、天津三个分部以及一个与设计院共同组建的合资公司组成。上海JAQ作为主要的施工治理中心主要负责中国南方地区的全部业务。天津JAQ负责北方地区的业务治理工作。江苏分部是与江苏建工集团共同合作，主要是承接一些高层建筑，大型公共设施、市政工程、专业项目以及海外项目。     JAQ与拥中国内最强设计技术力量的中国轻工业上海设计院共同组建的合资公司为JAQ的工程设计和治理提供了强有力的技术支持。

JAQ has been a turnkey Butler Builder since 1969. In 1993 JAQ commenced operations in China and since then has become one of the leading construction and engineering companies in China that specializes in constructing manufacturing facilities for international clients. The ability to guarantee prices, completion dates and performance has become the JAQ trademark. This has resulted in a growing reputation for quality and reliability as we complete increasingly diverse projects across China.
