Job description

• Manage document filing, incl. hardcopies and database setup;
• Conduct preliminary legal research;
• Maintain governmental registration/filing for Deere entities in PRC, and act as coordinator among Deere entities in PRC in this regard;
• Maintain and update Deere entity system and Legal Dept. website;
• Assist to manage trademark registration in China and liaise with corp. Law Dept;
• Support Board documents management among Deere China entities;
• Assist to release new laws and regulations update and analysis;
• Contact with Government authorities, such as MOFTEC, SAIC, etc;
• Other administrative supports to Legal team.

Knowledge and Skills:

• One- year or so related working/internship experience in multinational or law firm is most preferred;
• Administrative skill with filing, documentation management;
• Good command of English;
• Good command of computer skill using the office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) & e-mail;
• Team worker, and strong communication skill & interpersonal skill and time management skill.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent is required.
