Job duties:
1. Assist to initiate product plan and structure for insurance products to meet target customer's needs
2. Co-ordinate to implement approved new product plan and launch of product
3. Provide data analysis before and after product launch
4. Assist in the planning and managing for the implementation of defined Personal Financial Services (PFS) projects in China Headquarter (CNQ)
5. Coordinate new insurance product training to all sales staff
6. Manage the operational risks inherent in CNQ PFS and reduce the level of operational risk losses and protect the Bank from foreseeable future losses.
Job requirements:
1. University degree or above, finance related major preferred
2. About 1-2 years of relevant experience from bank or insurance company preferred
3. Excellent oral & written English
4. Strong analytical ability and numeric skills with attention to details
5. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
6. Innovative and lateral thinking and strong at problem solving
7. Self-motivated, dedicated, good team player and can work under pressure
