Job Duties:
-To help provide general support to the team
- To receive and transfer incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
-To act as receptionist and direct visiting customers' enquiries to the appropriate staff for further handling.
- To reserve air-tickets in bank assigned agent for bank staffs
-To arrange reservation of meeting room for customers and staff.
-To sort out and acknowledge the incoming express mail, parcels and registered letters.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree
-Operation of telephone system console
-Good communication skills
-Team work
-Good spoken English and typing
