Senior Mechanical Engineer （资深机械设计工程师）

Qualification:
- Major in mechanics, bachelor degree with 10 years work experience or master degree with 5 year work experience. Worked in joint-venture or studied abroad in western country is a plus.
- Professional on material selection, stress calculation, mechanical structure design of machinery.
- Be familiar with manufacturing process, like welding, machining and so on.
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial mechanical parts. Good knowledge of hydraulic or pneumatic is a plus.
- Had experience in project management, like schedule, cost and project follow up.
- Good communication skill, adaptability and will focus on customer's needs.
- Will face challenge, work hard, open mind and easy-going personality. Very good spirit of innovation and team work. Good initiative, strong responsibility.
- Will to be a leader and own autonomy ambitions.
- Fluent English or French in oral, writing and listening. CET 4 is a minimum.
- Well-versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and Auto-CAD2008.

Responsibilities:
- Provide service of mechanical design and project management respect of committed technical solution, cost and time. Take the responsibility of commitment to customer.
- Be responsible for pre-study, feasibility study, design / selection of equipment and the related technical drawing / document, risk analysis, schedule, cost according to customer's requirement.
- Take responsibility for the realization of his/her equipment design/selection; participate in the installation and start-up.
- Develop and follow up quality and progress contractor's work.
- Be able to manage big projects and coordinate among several departments alone. Work with colleagues of Michelin technical center in Europe and America on technical communication and coordination.
- Apply the quality system of Michelin project approach and respect of safety and environment.
- Manage his/her time and agenda on the activities given by his/her manager (Expatriate).

Senior Electrical Engineer  （资深电气设计工程师）

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree with 8-10 years’ experiences, or master with 5 years experiences.
- Solid knowledge and experience of electrical design and electrical components.
- Good knowledge of hydraulic or pneumatic is a plus.
- More than 5 years experience in engineering, electrical design experience and more than 3 years project management experience is a plus.
- Very good problem solving and coordination skills. Very good at team work, adaptability and be able to manage big projects alone.
- Fluent English in both oral and written.
- Well-versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Auto-CAD, familiar with Rockwell products PLC, SLC or ControlLogix, Powerflex drives.

Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for feasibility study, electrical design, technical document of equipment modification/upgrade, installation and commissioning by implementing project management.
- Coordinate among departments, and create specification, project schedule and cost estimation. Manage the project to comply with the specification, schedule and cost for big projects.
- Filing the internal and external documents according to the requirement of Michelin quality system.
- Manage big projects and coordinate with Michelin technical center in Europe and America alone.

Electrical Maintenance Supervisor （电气设备维护主管）

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the maintenance sector in order to provide a prompt and qualified maintenance service, and assists the production shop to meet business plan.
- Develop and carry out machine preventive maintenance plans.
- Lead team to improve the machines’ reliability; decrease the emergency repair rate; reduce the maintenance cost.
- Evaluate future demands and plan resources necessary to ensure continuous improvement,

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, major in electrical, automation or related field.
- Solid technical background with Min. 5 years’ equipment maintenance experience, at least min.1 team leader experience.
- Good knowledge of PLC, driver & servo motor (familiar with AB PLC will be a plus).
- Familiar with production line’s maintenance and spare part’s management.
- Strong problem solving ability, can work under pressure environment.
- Good command of English skill.

- 本科及以上学历，电气自动化等相关专业。
- 掌握 PLC 、变频技术、伺服电机等电气相关知识。
- 5年以上制造领域设备安装调试及设备维护等工作经验，至少1年以上团队管理经验。
- 熟悉生产线设备维护、保养以及备件库存管理。
- 具有较强的现场解决问题能力及承受压力能力。
- 良好的英语应用能力。

Mechanical Maintenance Responsible （机械设备维护主管）

Qualifications:
- Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- Solid technical background with minimum 5 years equipment maintenance experience and minimum
1 year team management experience.
- Familiar with product line equipment maintenance and spare part stock management.
- Excellent planning, organizing, communication skills and decision-making ability.
- Good commend of English/French and computer.

任职资格：
- 本科或以上学历，机械相关专业。
- 5年以上制造领域设备设计、工艺改进、安装调试及设备维护等工作经验，至少1年以上团队管理经验。
- 熟悉生产线设备维护、保养以及备件库存管理。
- 具有较强的现场解决问题能力。
- 良好的英语/法语应用能力。

Responsibilities:
- Lead the group and be responsible for normal and emergency maintenance.
- Participate in elaboration of preventive maintenance plan and implementation.
- Be responsible for maintenance documents control according to Michelin quality system
requirement.

Mechanical Maintenance Technician（机械维修工程师）

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or relevant field.
- Solid technical background with minimum 3 years equipment maintenance experience.
- Good knowledge of mechanical including hydraulic system and pneumatic system.
- Good command of speaking and writing English.
任职资格：
- 本科学历，机械相关专业。
- 3年以上设备设计及维护工作经验。
- 熟悉液压、气动等机械相关知识。
-能用英语流利交流。

Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for maintaining equipment, including normal and emergent situation.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance periodically.
- File maintenance record strictly subject to Michelin quality system requirement.
工作职责：
- 负责常规及紧急状态下的设备维护。
- 参与预防性维修计划的制定及实施。
- 根据米其林质量体系要求对维修技术文件进行控制。
